Returns and Replacements: We only accept returns or replacements in cases where the product
is received in the wrong or damaged condition. If you happen to receive a wrong or damaged product,
please promptly contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide a clear
reason for the return and include a video proof of unboxing the product to expedite the process.

We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you as swiftly as possible. Please note that the
replacement request may take 5 to 7 business days to process. It’s important to understand that the
availability of an exact replacement may depend on stock availability; however, we are committed to
ensuring a timely resolution for you.

We take the utmost care to ensure that our products are of high quality and are packaged securely
before shipping to our customers. However, in the rare event that a product is damaged during shipping,
we will take full responsibility and ensure that the damaged product is replaced.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our products except in the case of the product being received
damaged or wrong. If you receive a damaged or wrong product and request a refund, we will refund the full
amount paid for the product to the original payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, we also
offer the option to refund the amount to our wallet service, available on our website fois.co.in/globalfois.com.

This wallet allows you to conveniently use the refunded money to place future orders on our website anytime
you wish. Notably, the refund to the wallet is instant (can take up to 4 hours once the product issue is verified),
whereas bank refunds can take up to 10 days or may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or
wrong product and provide videographic evidence of the issue while unpacking the package.

Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may lead customers to request order cancellations.
To accommodate these requests, we offer the option to cancel your order within 48 hours from the time
it was initially placed. After this timeframe, if your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order before it’s shipped, please promptly reach out to our customer service team. They
will be happy to assist you in the cancellation process and initiate a refund if applicable. It’s important
to note that in case of a refund against the cancellation, it may take up to 4 hours for the refund to reflect
in your FOIS wallet, or in case the refund requested in the bank, the processing time may vary depending
on your bank’s policies.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a seamless experience for all your order-related
needs. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will not be able to issue a full refund for the
product’s cost. However, we will refund any remaining balance, less shipping charges and Rs. 39 in case of COD.
