Payment and Delivery: All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We accept
payment via credit or debit card, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery. For orders above INR 349,
the company offers free shipping locally in Delhi, while orders above INR 699 will be eligible for free
shipping in Delhi/NCR and orders above INR 999 will be eligible for free shipping PAN India. Shipping
fees for orders under INR 349 or below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout. There
will be a deduction of delivery charges if the return/refund requested for a COD order.

However, the delivery times may vary depending on the location, and the company is not responsible
for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

wallet service (the “Wallet”) provided by FOIS: Flavour of Indian Spices, a brand under Ram Sharan Das Agro,
is (FOIS Wallet), available on the websites fois.co.in and globalfois.com (collectively, the “Website”).
By using the Wallet, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms
carefully before using the Wallet.

To use the Wallet, you must be a registered user on our Website. You may only have one active Wallet
account at a time. You can add funds to your Wallet by selecting the “Add Funds” option on the Website.
Funds added to the Wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable to other Wallets or accounts.

The funds in your Wallet can be used to make purchases on the Website. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn
or redeemed for cash and do not expire. If the wallet funds are unused for a period of 180 days or more,
then the customer can request a wallet amount to be transferred back to the source payment method.
Refund of the wallet amount is not applicable on any reward points, cashbacks, and refunds against the
order paid using the FOIS wallet.

FOIS Wallet balance & transaction history can be viewed in your account on the Website. It is your
responsibility to monitor your Wallet balance and transactions. If you believe there is an error or
unauthorized activity, please contact our customer support team immediately. In the event of a refund
for the return or cancellation of an order paid for using Wallet funds, the refunded amount will be credited
back to your Wallet.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your FOIS Wallet account and ensuring that your
login credentials are kept confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Wallet, please notify
us immediately. Wallet funds may not be used in conjunction with other coupons, discounts, or promotions
unless explicitly stated. If the amount in the wallet is less than the cart amount, then the other payment
method can be clubbed with the wallet to pay the remaining cart amount.

FOIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Wallet account at its discretion, including but
not limited to instances of fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms. FOIS reserves the right to
modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms
periodically for any changes.

By using the Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
Wallet Usage Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Wallet
on our Website.

Returns and Refunds: We only accept returns or replacements in cases where the product
is received in the wrong or damaged condition. If you happen to receive a wrong or damaged product,
please promptly contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide a clear
reason for the return and include a video proof of unboxing the product to expedite the process.

We do not accept returns or refunds for international orders unless the product is received back to the
warehouse. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate the
return process.

The customer will have to bear the return shipping expenses, and we will issue a refund or send a
replacement after receiving the returned product for the international orders.
