3 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped
1 cup green peas
1 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 cup capsicum, finely chopped
1 cup onion, finely chopped
4-5 cloves of garlic, minced
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
2 tbsp FOIS Pav Bhaji Masala
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
2 tbspAmul Butter,for cooking and serving

Instructions:

  1. In a large pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp Amul Butter. Add the chopped onions and sauté till
    they turn translucent.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped green chillies. Sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add the chopped capsicum, cauliflower, carrots and green peas. Mix well and sauté for 5-7
    minutes.
  4. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of FOIS Pav Bhaji Masala and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Mash the vegetables with a masher till the mixture is smooth.
